Pomegranate Rosemary Brie

INGREDIENTS

  • Pomegranate Rosemary Jam

  • Round of Brie

  • Olive Oil

  • Walnuts or Pecans

  • Sprig of Fresh Rosemary

  • Pomegranate Arils

DIRECTIONS

  • In a small baking dish, drizzle in 1 TBS olive oil and place brie in center

  • Bake at 350 degrees until cheese begins to soften (about 10 minutes)

  • Roast walnuts or pecans

  • Take brie out and add ½ cup of Pomegranate Rosemary jam

  • Put back in oven for 5 minutes

  • Top with fresh rosemary & arils, drizzle with olive oil

NOTES: Serve with fresh bread or crackers
