Pomegranate Rosemary Brie
INGREDIENTS
Pomegranate Rosemary Jam
Round of Brie
Olive Oil
Walnuts or Pecans
Sprig of Fresh Rosemary
Pomegranate Arils
DIRECTIONS
In a small baking dish, drizzle in 1 TBS olive oil and place brie in center
Bake at 350 degrees until cheese begins to soften (about 10 minutes)
Roast walnuts or pecans
Take brie out and add ½ cup of Pomegranate Rosemary jam
Put back in oven for 5 minutes
Top with fresh rosemary & arils, drizzle with olive oil
NOTES: Serve with fresh bread or crackers
